Social and cultural issues and their impact on the organization of work with foreign patients

A newly published scientific article “The influence of social and cultural factors on the organization of work with foreign patients: a sociological analysis” is based on the results of the study conducted by Bogdan I. V., Petrova G. D., Chistyakova D. P. — specialists of the “Research Institute of Healthcare Organization and Medical Management of Moscow Healthcare Department”. The aim of the study was to identify the presence of social and cultural variables (particularly religious ones) that had a significant impact on the organization of care provision to international patients, as well as to propose approaches for working with them.
