Who could be a mentor in health facilities?

2023-08-21
Any employee could serve as a mentor, if they possess the necessary skills, expertise, and sufficient work experience in a healthcare organization or in a subject field. Teaching expertise is also essential. Mentors must understand how to convey critical information to trainees in an accurate and straightforward manner. They must also comprehend how a health facility functions as a whole and within individual departments. Mentorship is usually either a short-time primary activity, or an additional responsibility of a skilled employee, such as a manager, an HR-officer, or a trainee's coworker.
